General Shipping Information
Orders are processed and shipped with great care and precision. Nobody likes to get the wrong item! Over 95% of orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Our inventory system is "real" time so if it shows as in-stock, IT IS!
From time to time when we receive an order we may have a question about your order. If we do, we will contact you via email or by telephone to ensure that we have all the information to get you exactly what you have ordered!
PLEASE - ensure we have a phone number for you to prevent delay in fulfilling your order in case we have any questions.
Shipping within Canada
Ground shipping within Canada is provided for a flat rate fee dependent on your province. We ship most items via Canada Post.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. The cost of expedited shipping will be based on the actual cost charged by the vendor / provider. We ship using a variety of carriers depending on which provider offers the best value.
Shipping to the United States
Shipping to the United States is easy and we are pleased to do so. We offer flat rate shipping via ground carriers as well as expedited shipping rates. We use a variety of vendors depending on which service provider offers the best value.
All parcels, whether ground or expedited will be insured to protect your valuable merchandise. PLEASE NOTE: Any duty, taxes or customs charges owing remain the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping
We provide shipping to all international destinations at the actual cost of shipping. Shipping options available will depend on the destination Country. Any duty, taxes, or customs charges owing remain the responsibility of the customer.
