Longarm Services
Now that your quilt top is finished, why not bring it to us for long arm quilting? At Quincy's, we do our longarm quilting on one of our four computerized Gammill Statler longarm quilting machines. Each machine is computer driven and precisely follows the chosen pantograph (quilting design). You can choose the design on your own, we can make some suggestions or you can leave the decision to us. To see a selection of the pantographs available, we've got over 300 posted below for you to view.
PRICING ~ We are pleased to announce our Longarm Quilt Pricing for 2023!
There are now 5 size options to best meet your quilting needs.
Extra Small - Project size up to 3,000 square inches for $59.95
Small - Project size between 3,000 - 5,000 square inches for $99.95
Medium - Project size between 5,000 - 7,500 square inches for $129.95
Large - Project size between 7,500 - 10,000 square inches for $169.95
Extra Large - Project size over 10,000 square inches for $199.95
To find the square inches for your item simply measure and then multiply length x width. We also count 2 pillow shams or 6 placemats as a small project for pricing purposes.
Please Note: that all prices are good for a single quilt and include your choice of Hobbs 80/20 batting or Hobbs 100% cotton batting, as well as a single colour of Glide thread. Standard terms and conditions apply on all longarm quilting. The above sizing is based on the overall size of the project being quilted and not the density of the quilting itself.
If you have an existing prepaid voucher or quilt pass the terms and conditions of that prepaid item DO NOT CHANGE with the introduction of these new prices. Any vouchers or passes previously purchased do not expire.
Our usual conditions apply: backing fabric must be 4” larger than quilt on all 4 sides (in total it must measure 8 inches longer AND wider than your quilt top); denim / jeans quilts, t-shirt quilts, quilts with large or bulky seams and quilts with special design features such as flanges and heavy applique may be assessed an additional fee. Any additional conditions, fees, thread selection, pantograph selection and expected completion dates will be discussed during the intake process.
QUILT FINISHING SERVICES
We're also happy to offer a variety of quilt finishing services. Why not have your quilt completed and ready to gift or use yourself when you pick it up? We offer binding service on any type of quilt ~ even those with minky or cuddle on the back.
QUILT PREPARATION
When sending in or dropping off your quilt top we'll ask you to complete the "Quilt Intake Form". This form is particularly helpful for us when mailing in your quilt (or 2).
Our Longarm Team appreciate when quilt tops and backs are pinned to designate the top. It's not always obvious to us when looking at the quilt top. When doing so, please don't use straight pins.

We happily receive quilts mailed in to us for longarming. We've received quilts from as far away as Newfoundland!
